I found yoga in 2000 but didn't have a deep appreciation for the practice until I used it to rehab chronic back pain. The whole "mind, body, spirit" experience was life changing for me. I've been faithfully dedicated ever since. I pursued teaching yoga in 2010 with the purpose of sharing the benefits that a yoga practice has to offer with others, and inspiring them to be the best versions of themselves. Everyone deserves to live authentically and in harmony with their mind, body and spirit.
