Kid’s Yoga will introduce children to the powerful benefits of practicing yoga.  Every yoga class will have a theme & will be filled with many different activities to keep kid’s attention & interest.  Through yoga poses, fun storylines, & kid-friendly breathing exercises children will not only get a healthy amount of physical activity but also build confidence, learn how to ease their anxiety & focus even during the busiest times.

~ Yoga poses to stretch, strengthen, improve balance & posture
~ Mindfulness techniques to create mind-body connection
~ Relaxation in Restorative Yoga poses to calm the mind & nervous system
~ Guided Meditation to develop peace of mind & overall balance in daily life.
